Microsoft 365 Administration: Extensive experience in managing and administering the Microsoft 365 suite.
Windows Server & Infrastructure: Extensive experience in managing and administering Windows Server environments, including Active Directory/GPO/etc.
Systems Administration: Deep understanding of operating systems, software, and systems administration windows environments, with a focus on automation and process improvement.
End User Computing (EUC): Proven expertise in supporting and managing end-user devices and applications, including automation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Security: Best practices, including conditional access/MFA, cybersecurity simulated phishing campaigns and end-user education.
Service Desk & Processes: Experience in managing service desk administration, implementing ITSM processes and automation, report/service review management and improving service delivery.
Deployment & Automation: Expertise in deploying and managing systems and applications, with a strong focus on automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell).
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and client relationships.
Digital Transformation & Services Review: Experience in evaluating and recommending improvements to IT services and processes to support business goals.
Outside IR35, inside IR35 will be considered but not preferred.
Fully remote or travel possible, travel expenses billable depending on distance, based in south Essex.
